These lights are wonderful. They have a soft but bright light. They are really easy to attach, but work great as a handheld light as well. The three settings are very useful - on, off, auto. We set the light that we attached into the closet and set it on auto. The charge lasts really well and they are quick to charge.

These mounted very easily. Provided a nice bring light over the sink where it was sorely needed. The motion sensor really only works best in absolute dark, otherwise to activate it you need to basically cover the sensor to set it off. It’s not a dealbreaker for me as I’ll just flip the switches from auto to on. For reference, the picture is taken with my kitchen light off, but my dining room light on. The sensors worked well in that condition and the two lights fully illuminated my sink area.

I purchased the 8”, 2 pack, for $12.76 and I have since purchased 3 more sets. I’m finding many uses for them and so far they are working very well. I will say that one of them, in a high traffic area, seems to need a charge every other day. That is the only one of the 8 that I have to behave this way.Some were charged fully out of the box and some needed a charge. No biggie for me.They’re bright and that’s what I need. I have two in closets, a few in the back of electronics racks, a couple under cabinets. All of them provide plenty of light for my needs and are a huge improvement over no lights.The motion detectors seem to function well. I have one, that same one that needs charging a lot, that seems a bit spotty but the rest are very good. It may be that there is too much light in that room during the day.The metal bar that comes with it is thin and very bendable but the adhesive seems highly effective and the thinness of bar is nice once it’s mounted as it is hardly noticeable.So far so great. Might even pick up some more if they stay this price.

After I wrote my less-than-favorable review, I was contacted by the vendor. They informed me that there was a one-year warranty and promptIy sent out a replacement pair, which are working fine. Thanks! think I had written a fairly positive review of these lights before. then last week, these two from my latest order would not take a charge and basically died. I know they weren't that expensive, but I still expected then to last for longer than this!

I bought 2 packs of the 6500k 8" lights for our cabinet style pantry. It's got 18" deep shelves and we were always forgetting about opened snacks or buying more of something we already had but couldn't find because it is so dark in the back of the shelves. I used the adhesive plates to stick the lights to the top of each shelf and they consistently light up the whole thing as soon as I reach in to grab anything. They are very low profile and never get in the way. I bought them in April and have not had to recharge them once yet. I also like that I can slide them off the plate and stick them to the fridge or microwave or anything metal if I want some temporary light somewhere else, and then just stick them back whenever I'm done. Very happy with these and will buy again.

The light works great. Magnet is super strong and durable. Easy install. No flicker. Not adjustable. Battery life very short if you want to leave on all the time. Less than 24 hrs. Auto feature lasts a little longer I usually charge it every other day. With auto feature the motion detector doesn't always work very good.

I have two bookcases that I use for displaying figurines and have these on each shelf to provide lighting. They work well for this purpose. The motion detection works well. The downside to this is that when you have pets wandering the house they constantly turn on and off, draining the batteries fairly quickly. I have two sets of these, charging one set while the other does its job. The magnetic mounting makes it easy to take one set off and put up the other during charging time. I've had them for about a year now and there are a few issues I've noticed over that time.- It does seem like the charges last a little less each time, so this might become problematic in the future.- Occasionally, it will get "stuck" when in auto/motion detection, either in 'off' so it seems like the battery is dead but just needs to be "reset" (switched to off, then auto again), or in 'on' until it drains the battery completely (same reset fixes it).- Occasionally, it will turn/flicker on and off, despite the power switch being in the 'off' position. I'd suspect this is related to the above comment on motion detection mode because switching it to on then off again makes it not do that again for awhile.
