I usually do not a review, but I am hoping my comments can help others. I have been using GABA for sleep for the last 10 years or so. Recently I read that GABA may not be good for long term use as it could have side effects, so I started researching for an alternative.Also, I am a night owl and so when I go to sleep it may not be immediate as I will toss or turn for an hour or two...Sometimes I wake up 2 or 3 times at night, thank God I am self-employed and do not have to wake up at an alarm clock every day!When I started taking this product it tasted so good, I even asked myself "Does this really work, it tastes like a gummy bear candy and has no aftertaste". Holy cow, I was knocked out for a solid 6 hours the first night, 7 hours the 2nd night and I did not wake up. Now after a week I am convinced that this is the way to go!! Also, I read there are CBD receptors in the body and oral CBD helps to realign your CBD receptors.

IMO this product is a bit expensive. I use it occasionally when I remember to use it, or when I need to get to sleep in the next 30 minutes. It doesn't make me feel groggy in the morning but it doesn't necessarily make me wake up refreshed either... neutral on its impact on quality of sleep.

I think they help some with sleep, but they sure don't assure a full night. The gummies are tough, and not very good tasting. I doubt I will buy them again. The search will continue.

Very helpful sleeping aide. Exactly what I was looking for.Rather difficult to chew, a little more rubbery texture than expected, but doable.

I bought these hemp gummies to see if they would help with relaxation and sleep. I am a senior. I previously gave my very elderly dog hemp oil when he was anxious (chewing his paw) and not sleeping well. It worked for him amazingly well so thought I would try hemp for myself. So far seems to be working!

I bought this as a one time purchase under the guys of good reviews and such. I received my package on the 2/18/2024 and was willing to get started on the product. This is like the Good, Bad and Ugly movie. The Good part as advertised about these gummies is, that it has a lot of good things - Omegas, Vitamins and Gluten free. Then as one reads further it descends to the Bad-Sugar. Now as much Sugar we ingest in our system unwilling in this world that is bad enough. By choice is something I make, not by a mfg. Now we get to the Ugly, labeled as (other ingredients) on the bottle, but not on the web as far as I could see. The other if you read carefully: Yellow, Red 40, Blue, and Green. Sounds like the old song from Boy George back in the 80’s. If you have been a student of what dyes have done to human kind, not a good outcome-headaches to start, some getting skin rashes…to Fibromyalgia.So like I said, onto something else.So since this is what it is. This will go into the dumpster, never to be seen again. So my next purchase will be possibly their oil only Hemp and not the Gummy.

This product helps me to sleep through the night. I don’t feel like I can’t wake up in the morning as some over the counter meds would make me feel.
