Just received and it looks great. First thing I noticed is it is heavy and the lower edge is sharp. Someone will definitely cut themselves on this while handling. I will have to use a file and some time to try to knock the edge off the bottom. I suggest the manufacturer use a folded edge.

Overall I do like it. It very clean looking, heavy but not too heavy, and fits pretty well. Here is a list of my pros and cons....Cons:-I very much dislike the sharp edges. A simple rolled/folded edge would do wonders for this product and cost very little.-As others have said, the handle is not the best for the size of the top. Its a small handle and doesn't add a lot of control when using it to slide the top on and off.-The top itself just sits on the top of the griddle. There is nothing but its own weight holding it down. Generally speaking, I am sure this will be fine, but in any kind of wind...we shall see.-Pricey, but compared to what people spend on grills? This thing looks like it will last!Pros-Looks awesome!-Comes well packaged and protected from scratches. The wrap is tough to get off but well worth it.-Slightly over-sized fit which makes it easy to put on.-Awesome wind reflection to help keep heat under the griddle.-Strong protection for your griddle.

Nice heavy gage stainless steel with neat welds in the corners. It arrived in a flimsy box and I feared the worse - dents and scratches - but it was fine because of the heavy gage and protective film (a pain to remove but good it was there).As others have noted, the handle is a bit cheesy given the price, when hanging it off the back the lid interferes with the side shelves (it hangs at an angle tilted toward the front) and it sits on top of the grease mod, but still does the job.All said, it looks nice and keeps the griddle clean and dry (unlike the crappy soft cover that Blackstone sells - absolute garbage, save your money).It’d be better with a nicer handle and longer hanging brackets so it hangs vertical when not in use. Wipe it down with WD40 and it will minimize fingerprints and help keep things from sticking to the top.

I kind of have mixed feelings about this cover. It is a really heavy duty cover and is obviously a good quality stainless steel. But there are a few things that keep me from rating it higher.1st, the handle on the front is mounted crooked. I mean the top itself is beautiful and obviously cut on a laser machine, but the handle looks like some cheap home Depot kitchen cabinet/drawer pull and it isnt even mounted straight. For as high of quality as the rest of the top is, I don't know why they would have cheaped on the handle....or at very least mounted it straight.Next, there are brackets to hang the top over the back of the griddle to create a wind break. The top will not hang over the back with the side shelves attached. This isn't as big of an issue to me as the side shelves on these Blackstone griddles are complete junk anyways. My right side bent and fell off years ago, so It wasn't a huge deal to remove the left side now so I can hang the heavy top off the back. The brackets to hang the top do look nice and heavy duty tho....they are even mounted straight :)If they fixed these two issues, I would have had no problem shelling out $160 on a $300 griddle. It covers the entire surface of the griddle, including the grease drip area, it's really heavy duty, and I really like that i can use it as a shelf/prep area when the griddle is covered. all that being said, I will be keeping it, it just could have been so much better, especially for the cost.

Product is definitely heavy duty,the things I would like to piont out is a for one is the packaging it came in wasn't enough to protect the product,by the time shiping got it to my house it was literally coming out of the box .The box was falling apart. So needless to say there was some scratches to the stainless steel. I have decided to keep it anyway because I believe it would be sent the same way a second time. The film that was on the stainless helped keep the damage to a minimum,the weld job on the corners were really pretty lame, the corners just don't look good at all. Now I only can hope that this will fit on my Blackstone griddle which is still in the box and I don't plan to assemble it till spring.This product is what I was looking for when I bought it. I was really excited when I found it and waited eagerly for it to be delivered and I was disappointed to see what was delivered to my door.So in closeing I would say this to the company who built my Blackstone stainless steel griddle cover ,need better quality control and file off those sharp edges before somebody gets cut taking it out of the box.

This is a quality built product except as mentioned in one of the other reviews it has very sharp edges that should have been filed down and rounded off. The handle is also very cheap and I think it should have had two handles to make it easier to manage. The quality of the handles could be a lot better. The steel is high quality and the welds are high quality.

i could have bought a black blackstone for $250 but I was a princess and decided to spend $400 for the stainless steel model + $160 for the this cover.... Yikes!!!! (that was dumb)

My outdoor kitchen has stainless steel countertops. My Blackstone Grill fits into my counters. The stainless steel grill cover worked out perfect. Good quality too. And excellent service.
