Fat soluble B1 (Thiamine)
Fat soluble vitamins like this should be taken with food or a least with some fat like a spoonful of nut butter or a handful of nuts. Fat soluble vitamins stay in your fat cells till needed, unlike water soluble vitamins that get peed out and have to be replenished often.

benfotlamine great, but other order to be delivered on 9th changed to the 11th and did not show up as of 5:20 pm on the 11th.
