This is a simple but elegant paper towel holder. It’s sturdy, and the base is heavy and stays in place. The sheets are easy to tear. There is just enough tension so you can pull out a sheet and tear with no problem.

got the paper towel rack very quickly and the seller explained the product exactly. Was easy to assemble, and works pretty good, but I am just trying to get used to it. A little different than the one I had previously. I would recommend it to others, tho.

3 stars - this is only because when I opened the box, the ring on top of the center dowel had broken off. I don’t know if it was a bad weld or what. We have to drive a half hour to an authorized return location so it wasn’t worth it to me. I will try to reattach it somehow. Otherwise, I’m pleased with the performance of the holder so far.

The dispenser wouldn't turn if a new roll of paper towels were put on. The roll would have to be half used before the dispenser would turn and allow paper towels to be ripped off. Do not buy. Completely useless. Regrettably, I didn't recognize my limited time to return, so I am stuck with ten of these. They should be removed from the site.
