Great
I have been through loads of travel mugs, the metal ones taste awful, the plastic ones are ok, but not great. This is great, keeps it hot for a long time and tastes good

A great travel mug
A beautiful and effective travel mug no leaks keeps my drinks hot for ages without making the exterior hot only issue I’ve had Is because I forgot to wash it one day it’s stained the lid with a weird taste so I will be getting another and taking a bit better care to clean my next one

I used it and I don’t think it’s made with ceramic instead it absolutely tastes like metal and also by touch and tapping inside the mug I can say its metal although at the description it was said clearly that its made of ceramic and that attracted me to buy this product. I am absolutely not happy and satisfied with the mug received which is so expensive. Kindly help me return and refund this item

Just like the headline, it is exceptional. Shorthand review: Pros: The thing doesn't leak at all. The ceramic lining means that your coffee retains its flavor as it would any standard ceramic mug. And not like your typical stainless-steel mug. Which is a bigger deal than they let on, trust me on that. High quality product that you can feel. Cons: keeping things super-hot isn't its thing (I probably could preheat the mug with hot water, and it would be better). and the lid breakdown is a bit complex for most. However, with a good rinse, I am confident it won't need to get broken down if you rinse it in a reasonable amount of time after use. No deal breakers for me. Just the two things I could see being issues. Longhand review: Normally I would do a review as the quintessential fixed gear bicycle enthusiast who only uses hand curated pea berry coffee beans that get fed Belgium beer and get played obscure vinyl at night. But that would be annoying and not as helpful as it should be. This mug deserves better. Dramatic, yes. But this mug is something special. The irony is, the type of person I was going to mock, is the type of individual that has made this product possible. From both a supply and demand aspect. And I am grateful. I had been using a Thermos brand travel mug for several years and loved it. Cheap, leakproof, and had no glaring flaws. Until the lid finally started to break down. But honestly lasted a lot longer than I anticipated. So, I decided to get a Kleen Kanteen coffee mug and WOW. That was as awful as this mug is great. That one leaked everywhere, and the flow of coffee was more of a babbling brook, where you had to triple check, it wasn’t “Sealed”. Or as close as it could be anyways. How something can leak, yet not deliver the liquid, absolutely baffles me. It is almost as if, it delivers that same amount of liquid when it is sealed, as it does open. Maybe more actually. But luckily, it brough me to this Fellow mug. This Fellow mug caught my eye because it had a beautiful design in my opinion. That and a healthy amount of overwhelmingly positive reviews. Thanks to the Kleen Kanteen disappointment, leakproof was at the top of the list of requirements. So, I decided on the Stone Blue, 16 oz. When it arrived, I was impressed by the quality feel and look of it. The color is a great navy blue that has a fine but satisfying texture. And the cap matches perfectly in terms of color and finish. I immediately removed the paper items inside. Filled it halfway with water, closed the lid and shook it like a shake weight for several seconds, furiously. Zero leaks. Flipped the lid open, poured some out, flipped the lid closed, and proceeded to shake it with even more ferocity and for double the time. Absolutely nothing. I then tested the flow. Perfect. The next day, I did my usual coffee ritual. And that is when I decided that I needed to spend some time to do a proper review of it. The thing that surprised me the most was the difference in taste with the ceramic lining. I guess that it shouldn’t surprise me that it tastes so much better than the metallic counterpart you typically find literally everywhere. But it is a genuine change in perspective when you do have it. I never realized the difference between ceramic mugs and stainless-steel travel mugs. But have half a coffee in a standard mug and half in a Stainless-steel mug. There is quite a difference. It is one of those things that you can’t un-know once you realize the difference. Or want to, rather. It is like when you have been buying your jackets/coats from Target your whole life, and somehow you acquire a high quality one that changes your perspective, and you look back on all the miserable rainy days in your sub-par coat that kept you warm enough for the most part, but not at all comfortable. Most people will not be as excited as I am about this. But it is rare when a product makes me think about it (albeit too much in this case), because it is that good. This mug genuinely changed my perspective and became something that makes me feel joy. Yes, it is just a travel mug. But it does it so well that it compelled me to spend nearly a half hour writing the most in-depth review I have ever done. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have some organic beans to grind, heat, and thoroughly enjoy.

Product is faulty and leaks, after a few months of use. Fellow Cartet customer support not offering support. Would not recommend

This is my second fellow mug. Didn't like my first one with a screw-on top because I wanted a bottle that was easy to drink from. This one is great and keeps my drinks warm/cold for hours. Downsides: The mug is quite heavy and the lid is difficult to take apart for cleaning. Provided instructions are helpful.
