Had this machine for 3 mouth now and it started not to heat anymore where can I get the parts from or how can I get in contact with the company not happy can't get a hold of nobody lossing money will update if my problem get solve

I've been using this press for a little over a month now. It works well and I get great results!

This was easy to set up and use. The first time using it, it gave off a very high fishy smell, you must always use in a well-ventilated area. The smell is still there after 3 uses, hopefully it will go away after several uses. Overall, it is a good tumbler press, it sublimates very well on tumblers. Haven't tried mugs or glass can as yet but good so far and for the price.

I love that this heat press is universal you can use stainless steel, ceramic and glass tumblers or mugs. From 11oz-30oz. You can even do 2 mugs at the same time. The display is easy to use and the machine is easy to adjust and close. Its a really great machine. The only thing I would've appreciated ALL the basic supplies. This one came with the heat tape and gloves. Other than that the machine still works with no issues and I am very happy with it.
