Convenient
My husband is a shuttle driver for the airport and when it gets cold everyone’s battery seems to die quite frequently and it takes a while for them to get their maintenance person there to help people jump their car but with this he can just walk right up and give them a jump and they can go about their day! Non Functional Charger makes for a show stopper for this.
Power adapter was non-functional so had to charge with the car adapter. This greatly reduces what I wanted to use this device for.. It simply cannot be charged.
