Fits the Prusa MK3S with thermistor
This is exactly as described, swapped out for the original part on my printer, works great. Came with the 2 screws needed to secure the thermistor and hot end cables.

Doesn’t come fit for purpose
Ordered one of these. Came without the cartridge making it unusable. Only received the aluminium block
