I really like these! I mix one tablet with a packet of Crystal Light and partially freeze them. The taste is addicting!

If you like to drink your vitamins these are for you. They are gentle on your stomach and taste delicious. I take them together with my collagen supplement as well.

I bought these to add to flavor water and also get the benefits of the vitamins included. I really like the strawberry kiwi beauty ones; the orange ones have a bit of the vitamin aftertaste so I just make sure I have a really strong flavored drink when I am using them.

The beauty one tastes great and the multivitamin tastes exactly like a multivitamin. Which is to say not good at all🥲
