Perfect for a cappuccino
Perfect and simple for a robust home cappuccino. Easy to clean (so far). Does not come with a frothing pitcher and you will definitely need one. Also, make sure you have cups that will fit under dispenser (short and wide). One downside is that you can’t brew an espresso and froth milk at the same time and the steamer/frother has to cool before you can brew another espresso. Overall, very satisfied.

Non-influencer review!!
I took a long time deliberating to find a reasonably priced esspresso machine that would look good in my kitchen. This machine works beautifly, and even survived a drop onto the floor by my mother! All the parts come together and apart very nicely, and are very easu to clean. Nice esspresso with a healthy creama and not a hint of burn / over extraction.Ill update when it stops working but the machine makes about 2-8 shots a day (double shots, so used 1 to 4 times a day with the double shot option).q

Great buy for the price ☕
This is so far the only verified non-vine review, I paid for the machine & here's my honest impression. The design is modern & sleek, size doesn't need much counter space. For a beginning espresso connoisseur this machine will do a great job as it performs well & brews a tasty cup consistently, perfect for average daily use. It doesn't splash all over your countertop but it's worth mentioning that you can't use a regular coffee mug should you ever want to make some regular coffee or even cappuccino. The maximum height of your cup has to be below 3.3inch otherwise you won't be able to slide it under the dispenser, so espresso or short, wide cups only. This was initially a dealbreaker as most common machines nowadays are "flexible" but what changed my mind was the 1yr warranty that backs the product, extendable to 2yrs if you register it. The machine is rather lightweight & of course made of lighter materials than high end models but keep in mind that those easily run upward of $600. The taste is outstanding, very simple to operate, all parts washable. There's a red overflow indicator inside the drip tray that pops up with the water level to avoid overflow. The drip tray metal cover scratches easily but I don't think anyone cares, didnt expect much from this machine given my parents' is top tier but cost a leg, not an investment I was ready to make. Can't speak much on longevity but the warranty put my mind at ease, will follow up if anything changes.

Great espresso!
I have had this machine for about a month now, and use it multiple times a day… zero issues thus far. It’s built well, pumps out great espresso ( I’ve been using pre ground Bustello) and steams/froths milk just fine. I had a Mr. Coffee before this one. It did ok, but the espresso from this machine is sooo much better. It’s not a $600-$1200 machine, but for the price I paid it’s fantastic. Makes better espresso than Starbucks or Dunkin in my opinion.

Makes a good shot of coffee
I love the flavor of the shot.I don’t think the latte is hot enough when it comes out.You can only use a short coffee mug since there’s no room for anything else.Only makes about an 8 oz latte.

Impossible to make a full cup
I was so excited to give this to my husband for his birthday and it was a big disappointment. He almost went through a whole bag of coffee to make 3/4 of a cup. We followed the instructions to hit the button twice for a bigger cup and it barely filled one up. Wish I could return it but I got it too far in advance for his birthday so we’ve had it for too long Save your money and buy a different machine.

Broken after 8 months
It worked well until yesterday. Then all of a sudden it shows error code E-3 and doesn't work anymore. Guess it's a piece of junk. Have reached out to Customer service. Haven't heard anything back yet.
