Just what I needed
First tap that came had a slow drip so got a replacement and the new tap works well. Customer service were very helpful.Very happy with this tap for the £ and gives me very hot water without wasting loads waiting for my boiler to kick in.The only thing that I feel would make it perfect is having the hot water first then the cold on the 2nd click..but thats just my opinionWould buy again.

Leaking internally.
Plumber fitted the tap and it was leaking internally he took it off to make sure and again it was leaking. Seems to be a very common issue with the tap. Dont buy.

Check the depth of where the tap needs fitting - very short pipe!
We bought this product to be installed in a utility room that had been built adjacent to the garage. There were a couple of installation challenges. Firstly, the pipe on the tap is no long enough to fit through a standard worktop. It has been designed to fit only on a ceramic sink. Our fitter had to bore a hole within our worktop (which risks splitting the wood) in order to minimise the depth to enable the fitting to be attached. Secondly, the attached plug can cause difficulty depending on where you intend to plug it in. In addition, if the temperature of the room drops low enough (not to freezing) the hot water element will switch of and will need resetting. All in all the tap looks good and does what we needed it to do. I have given 4 stars because of the information above. Currently I can’t comment on reliability as it has only been fitted for a month.

Bit disappointed
Pretty easy to install and worked well for about 3 months. Then one day it locked itself on even when pushed to fully closed and heated up past 96 degrees. When testing I was getting a shock through the water so I suspect internal leaking but definitely cannot use this anymore... Far too dangerous.Having said that in the 3 months it heated to 45 degrees consistently and was a good flow to clean hands, fill the washing up bowl and clean veg. Just a shame it didn't last long.

Great. This type of hot water tap is usually ...
Great. This type of hot water tap is usually too tall and causing splashing, but this model has a black flexible hose end which can get right down to within inches of the basin avoiding splashing, and it can go high up to fill a bucket.Stainless steel high quality made and plugs into any socket. Even has a temperature indicator.

Not great.
Product leaked after two weeks of use. Never really heated up properly either.

Electrical shocks through the water!
Did ok for almost 15 months use, ok hot water but not great. Then we started getting electrical shocks through the water like needles when washing our hands.Quickly disconnected and not used since.

Not overly impressed
Love the look of this tap. Not impressed with it though. The digital display temp on the side stopped working within the first couple of weeks and hot water takes forever to find the right setting to flow and it is also so slow
