I normally do not write a review. But wow! I am not using it for a scar. I had some skin damage (too much sun when I was younger and not enough SPF was used). On my left arm, near my elbow I have three really dark spots, very noticeable and nothing for years has worked. Even the prescribed cream my dermatologist put me on. I have used this for 4 days two of them I applied twice a day, the other two days I applied once a day and two of the dark circles are completely gone and the last big one is 75% gone! I still have most of the tube!

I started using Cicatricure scar cream after a minor surgery left me with a noticeable scars on my legs. I applied it 4 times daily as directed for less than 2 weeks.Within the few days, I noticed the scar starting to fade and flatten. The cream was lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbed quickly, which made it easy to stick to the routine. I usually use Mederma and that literally didn't do anything. I had doubts before purchasing. Turned out I was wrong. I have been applying it for only 3 days, but I can already tell the difference (I fell down a few weeks ago with scars on my knee and hand). Will continue applying it until fully recovered. Highly recommend!

I had a small chemical burn hypertrophic scar from about 5 years ago (about the size of an eraser on end of pencil) - got a little overzealous with some TendSkin solution removing a small pimple there. Nothing has ever worked in the past and thought I would have to get laser treatments or resurfacing.Tried other scar gels in the past (ScarAway) - did nothing really, although ScarAway worked on a couple scars from old cuts on my arms I noticed.Only been 5 days so far (2x a day). Yesterday applied with a swab and was still noticing red inflamed on the area - no real calming down. Had some Arnicare gel here, so waited until it dried yesterday for about 10 mins, then applied the Arnicare gel on top (unscented) with clean swab. The swelling went down immediately. So did the redness. Yes, I had tried ONLY the Arnicare gel in the past and no real results. This morning woke up and noticed how much improvement there was from just that one "combo" application!Today I am trying this combo once again. The swelling of scar and redness went away immediately. At night before bed, I do not have anything on skin to allow it to heal. This will take a bit, but this is the most promising it has looked in 5 years!Will update later when I see more. Let me know if anyone tries this and post your progress.(Again - this is for the sensitive facial skin where you might be looking for something that actually works on that area.)

Cicatricure Advanced Scar Gel is easy to apply and has a nice moisturizing texture that feels good on the skin. While it offers some improvement in scar appearance over time, the results weren’t as noticeable as I had hoped. The size is decent for the price, but the overall effectiveness and value for money should be less only because of the quality.

This product is amazing. I received it yesterday and you can see how my scar was at the moment. I applied the gel at night before bedtime and look how the appearance changed literally over night. I am delighted 😊

Great product for this great price cant beat it!! I started seeing results before 2 weeks it works fast and my scar after surgery is healing up quickly im going to continue to use this until its completely gone for good! Im also trying it on old scars I hope it works just as well as new scars! I recommend you buy it because it works as advertised!!!
