BUY IT! I’ve tried magnesium by itself and the sleepy girl cocktail but outside of medication, nothing could turn off my brain and even if it did get me to sleep, it took forever and was horrible. Turns off my anxious thoughts too. Can’t recommend enough!

Within a month of taking it (started early Jan) my winter blues had lifted. This has been one change I've implemented and I think it's helping my cycle have more days (it was down to 25! 😬) now it's back to 28-30 days!I've tried both pineapple and and strawberry. Flavor is great. Easy to take directly into mouth.

Update: I stopped taking these for around a week or 2 so of course my sleep relapsed to chaos. Finally 5am I took half a dose (1 dropper) and even though I only slept4 hours I feel so refreshed waking up- however by night time the nerve pain was more prevalent. I read that too high magnesium can drop your calcium but I take a multivitamin in addition to these so I’m not sure why it’s making my pain worse. Honestly, not sleeping properly is the ultimate pain amplifier so I will continue to take this as needed and increase my Nervive application.Excellent sleep aid. Long time insomniac here- nothing outside of delta 8 could get me to bed a decent time, but I don’t like taking that cause the side effects. I took the full dose of this at one time and could barely keep my eyes open by the next hour (sublingual application). But it was a good, organic kind of sleepy, not drowsy or high. It’s like my body was able to actually feel the exhaustion I have accumulated from decades of inadequate sleep. I started taking only half a dose cause it was that effective, and I continued to have sleep benefits. This completely reset my sleep schedule, so much that when I stopped taking it I continued to tire hours before I’d typically be ready for bed. Now why did I stop taking it? I had a really bad uptick of my existing neuropathy. The neuropathy is actually why I started taking this. I was beginning to suspect this was making it worse and stopped taking it for a week. During the break I had little to no neuropathy attacks. This could be a coincidence, but not what I was expecting. I’m going to resume taking it and see if the uptick occurs again. If it does, it’s likely cause it’s too much mag. I will update with my findings.

These drops taste so good 😊 I feel a difference already (2 weeks in) steady energy, balanced, I forgot to take the drops for 2 days and I could feel my bones throbbing.Idk if it’s mental or if it’s really working but I’m definitely getting another bottle.

I bought these for my autistic 4 year old son, who has had sleeping issues from day one. I tried these myself first before giving them to him. They made me feel very “chill” and mellow. I fell asleep in half the time it normally takes me. The next night we gave them to our son, after mentioning them to our doctor. He fell asleep INSTANTLY and stayed asleep the whole night. My husband and I were so happy we practically cried tears of joy. We kept giving them to him each night, and noticed his behavior slowly started changing. During the day, he was way more irritated and we started getting negative behavior reports from school. Ugh. We stopped them after his teacher said he was having constant meltdowns, holding his head like he was in pain and bit a teacher (which has never happened before) We stopped the drops and within a week, he was back to his normal self. We also aren’t having abnormal behavior reports (and no more biting incidents) I love how well our son slept with these - my husband and I were finally getting time together in the evenings. But alas, it wasn’t worth it for how they were making him think and feel during the day.

I normally take Melatonin on a regular basis since my mind is always restless thinking about projects, work etc. The melatonin often gives me bizarre dreams and normally wears off and I have a habit of waking up at a weird hour. This stuff takes a little while to take effect (30min-1hr) but it is awesome! No weird dreams, no waking up just deep full REM sleep! I was a skeptic but now a firm believer and will buy more 100%
