Great in morning smoothies
Been adding this to my morning smoothies and it works really well. The French vanilla flavor blends nicely without overpowering everything else in the drink. It mixes smoothly and doesn’t leave that gritty texture some protein powders have. One scoop is usually enough to make the smoothie feel a lot more filling. For me it does a good job staving off hunger until lunch, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Nice option if you want extra protein without a bunch of sugar.

It's hard to find this product even at GNC. Hahaha you can mix it with any type of pudding and it tastes really good and it's no sugar at it so it's great for weight loss A great protein source
