Complaint Regarding Poor Quality Almonds from Amazon Organic BoxDear Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of almonds from the Amazon Organic Box. My order number is , and it was delivered on .Unfortunately, the quality of the almonds was far below my expectations. Upon opening the package, I noticed that many of the almonds were stale and had an off-putting smell. Additionally, several almonds appeared to be discolored and shriveled, indicating they were not fresh.Given that these almonds were marketed as organic and high-quality, I am very disappointed with this purchase. I rely on Amazon for high-quality products and have always had positive experiences in the past. However, this instance has caused me to reconsider my trust in the products being offered.I kindly request a full refund or a replacement with a fresh batch of almonds. I have attached photos of the almonds for your reference.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution

Taste is Not uptomark

Ok ok product

Few of the issues identified include1. Oxidation has started , but not evident in all. Could have included couple of silica packets in it to avoid it.2. The almonds were dusty ( not too much , but that's not how other products look like )3. Few almonds were bad, like maybe 2 in a handful4. Almonds were broken ( approximately 3 in a handful)

Best product at reasonable cost

The bottle cap and seal damaged. The Almonds, it seems are slightly watered, so they are not in pure dry form.I rate this in the worst category. It is cheating by the supplier.
