Very useful, however there is only one 2.5" to 3.5" plastic grid thing included which I think is a shame :( It'd be nice if they were sold separately so I could buy 4 more for the other slots. External build quality is excellent, looks very tidy, internals feel a little loose but function perfectly fine.

Gol eleswhere if you value your hard drives.
Not cheap, but cheap and tacky. poorly manufactured drawer design, very loose fitting with no real protection at all to speak of. poor quality, not recommended.
