I purchased this battery for my old HP pavilion DX7 laptop. The old battery would not take a charge. Received the new battery, removed the old, installed the new one and turned on the laptop. The new battery fit exactly into the slot and had enough charge to run the laptop. Proceeded to allow it to charge. The new battery charged to 100 %. All is well at this time. I would purchase again. Had doubts since this was so reasonably priced. Came with a small screwdriver and a thin plastic spatula that turned out to be very helpful. Perfect fit, no problems. Had it installed for about 2 weeks and the battery life is excellent. No regrets, good solid value.

I think it’s fine for the price. It lasts an average of 2hrs before needing to be charged again

Battery works, but installation was not easy. It had to be forced in to place, still not sure how I managed it. I have a photo showing the battery I removed vs this one I bought to replace. As you can see, far too much of the wires stick out in the replacement. Besides that, the bottom part of the wires are bound together with a tape so thick that they couldn't be moved at all to fit within the cramped battery space. The black tape used might was well have been made of metal--you can't tell from the photo, but it's not malleable at all. I barely made it fit but now my laptop has a bulge where the battery wires wouldn't lay down. For reference I have an HP Spectre x360.

Replaced the battery of my HP Elitebook 850G and it fits well. Battery is staying charged longer and charging quicker.

Perfect replacement for my old Toshiba L305. Charger up quick and seems to be holding it. Time will tell how well.
