This item is just too cute. I was worried by teens would have difficultly with it being so miniature but it is really easy to put together. The instructions are very clear. Took a few days to get is all done and now they have a lovely model on their bookshelf. It is really cute.

No photos as I am still happily building away.This is my first mini room kit and I went for the cheapest option to see if it was for me, I knew as soon as I inspected the contents that I was going to enjoy this new hobby.The sheer amount of bits-n-bobs in the kit blew my mind, there's a hell of a lot to do to make this set, each part is satisfying as you complete them and slowly progress to the finished article.Miniature is the key word here, I am used to miniature metal models and working on intricate parts so this was appealing to me, but you need a steady hand and a lot of patience when working on such small parts, it does come with practice and this kit is a good place to start.No tools included.You will need some tools to help make this kit, I quickly learned that the following tools make life easier:Fine point scissorsTweezersHobby knifeNeedle-nose pliers (smaller the better)Glue spreaderReading glasses to magnifyNeedle nose glue bottle2 tins of patience1 tin of good luckMost crafters will have the tools required but there's nothing expensive you need, it's one of those hobbies you will end up buying stuff to make things easier.Overall I LOVE this kit and I've already bought another larger one now I know how enjoyable they are and great value for money for the total hours you take to make it.

I thought this would be something nice to do with my 8 year old but it was so fiddly and quite stressful, lots of it is paper cut outs which some are extremely tiny, we ended up missing certain bits off as it just wasn't worth it. The glue is messy a hot glue gun would be better to use. On the plus side our light worked as some reviewers had said theirs didn't. If you like a challenge and have lots of time and patience these sets might be for you but I think there are better ones out there that aren't mainly paper cut outs.

I bought this to dip my toe into a new hobby to keep me occupied during the winter months. I'm in the thick of building at the moment, having taken the approach of completing the main furniture first, the sofa, bookcase, chair and tables and cabinets.From a novice point of view there are some bits that are ridiculously fiddly, but tweezers have helped so I'd recommend those. I've also invested in a cutting mat, detail scissors, steel rule, craft knife and 3 different types of glue. The one I've used most is UHU all purpose. Be warned if you're heavy handed like me it gets everywhere!All in all, this kit is impressive, easy to follow instructions and lots of fun!

I really enjoyed putting this together! I've never made a kit like this before, so I was a bit nervous to give it a go in case I messed up. But honestly, it was incredibly relaxing and fun!The instructions were easy to follow and everything in the kit was well laid out and easy to find without much fuss. I loved all the little details, like the rice bag under the counter, the noodles in the ramen, the magazine.Dropping 1 star because I found the glue that is included very hard to work with - highly recommend picking up your own superglue or craft glue! Also, I couldn't get the light system to work no matter what I did, but that might be human error.

Dieses Puppenzimmer war ein Geschenk an eine Freundin die ein Architekturstudium macht. Preisleistungsverhältnis gut. Würde es weiterempfehlen.

Unheimlich wichtig ist eine Pinzette und guter Kleber. Es schadet auch nicht ein paar (Wäsche-)Klammern zur Hand zu haben. Es macht Spaß und es ist toll zu sehen, wie das Ergebnis langsam entsteht. Die Anleitung ist verständlich, obwohl sie auf Englisch ist. Es wird überwiegend über Fotos erklärt.
