Fabulous little buffing wheels, best used in a Dremel type drill.
I love these polishing wheels! They last well compared to the "fluffier" ones and I polish several pieces of jewelry (10+) before I have to replace it. And I get a quality shine! I was asked if this wheel would fit in a regular drill. I have a Black and Decker household drill. Yes it fits. So I compared the effectiveness of the wheel on the regular drill to the wheel on the Dremel, which has a much higher RPM. I polished the left side of the bangle using the Dremel and Jeweler's Rouge for about 20 seconds. On the right, I used the wheel on the Black and Decker, also with rouge. I even polished longer on the left side (1 min at least) trying to get a sheen. Nope. Just can't get the speed necessary for a polish. BUT the little buff wheel is ready to tackle more jewelry! Hopes this helps answer any questions.

Ok.....
They are certainly not pro grade but, for light hobby work they are ok. Yes there is a lot of lint.

Won’t fit in a demel as described
Didn’t really like this product because it wouldn’t fit in a demel tool. They were to small in diameter

Not for Dremel, poorly made.
Does not fit my Dremel 8220. The shaft is too small. 3 of 10 were poorly assembled, allowing cotton buff to spin freely from shaft. Two stars because the ones that I installed in my cordless drill worked as expected.

Size matters
Make sure it will fit your rotary drill because it didn’t fit mine. Too small.
