The book is very well put together, even more so than his courses reccomended book.The information is precise and to the point, it includes good practice questions and examination tips.It is also very well oriented toward the exact specification described on the cambridge Igcse website, which means you could effectively learn this book alone to pass your igcse exam, and that is a welcome addition to my brothers library.

Well explained and well laid out.

Really laborious coursebook as it’s just set out in huge blocks of text. It is not organised well and is very dry. The AQA Collins sociology guide is so much better but obviously a different exam board. I changed to AQA for that reason. For me it meant that studying Sociology was a pleasure rather than a chore. If your doing Cambridge board the your stuck with this one unfortunately!
