potential fire hazard on second use. No response to 3 requests from seller within return window
Product: This item started to melt after the 2nd charge. I was lucky my son saw it as it could have been a fire hazard. picture shows the casing melted, and the black twisty tie on the cord is completely melted in to to the cord.Seller: I have sent THREE return/refund messages over the course of the last 1.5 weeks, with a commitment to hear back in 48 hours, but there has been no response. Not sure if they are trying to wait for the return window to close.....
