Very comfy!
I bought this neck pillow after seeing so many other people on flights I'd taken using ones in a similar design. It folds up into a bag that is the perfect size to attach to a backpack. The quality is great - very soft material and it's sturdy enough that my neck is supported as I try to sleep. Very impressed!

This was my first ever neck pillow and am very happy. I do have a comment though that the memory foam does have spots so not sure what that is.
