It works for its intended purpose. Good thing my wife and I are small people. Definitely cheap, like my grandkids put together toys it wont last long but we are easy on stuff. Better options out there but be prepared to drop some coin.

It's not as sturdy or heavy as it looks. It was damaged on delivery, but the box was intact. The bracket was easily bent back straight.Heights of users range between 5'5 and 5'11. Heaviest user is about 180lb. It works for all of us.

I purchased this because I am experiencing some lower back pain. This back pain is a result of underdeveloped lower back muscles. After a week of exercise, this equipment really made a difference. I had to put in the work to make it happen. Much has been said about the assembly of the unit. It is easy, but the instruction manual is needlessly busy. I can see how some would be confused. There has also been talk of the unit tilting forward during use. I too have experienced this, but honestly, I never felt in danger of actually going face forward. An easy fix would be to place some lift weights at the rear of the unit, if you're somewhat concerned. Another thing I found useful was to rest my feet on top of the leg rest, versus placing the ankles behind the rest. I found it made me more stable, as it's easy to slide down from the upper body rest. For those looking to solidify their lower back muscles, this product is money well spent.

I had been looking at this for over a year. I have a workout area in my garage. I waited for this to go on sale and then purchased it. I use it 5 days a week. So far the padding has held up well. The only thing I wish that it could do, is lower down one more setting. I am barely 5'4, and have to stand on my tippy toes to do back extension exercises on this. So that the pads hit correctly on my hips. It is definitely built for 5'5 and taller. I will update my review at the end of 6 months.

Its works fine for a home gym. Not as big as I thought it would be but works for back strenches. I cant use it on my side as. im 5' 10" 215ibs. My feet dont fit side by side for the side stretches. Overall decent for home use to keep you moving on days you cant make it to the gym.

It's a great gift idea. I use this workout equipment a lot in the gym and find it beneficial to the lower back, especially for the constant back pain(you should be very cautious in what exercises to do if you have constant lower back pain). So I did some searching and I decided to pick this one for my friend as a gift since I know she would be needing it. She liked the gift very much. She said it is very easy to put together and could be adjustable for her and her husband. She also said it motivated them to do more exercise at home(It's so true. The nearer the gym, the more times I do exercise. Maybe I should have one at home too).P.S. She sent me the photo once she set it up. It took me a while to realize the handle should be in the opposite direction. Lol

Easy to assemble, not quite as heavy duty material (the metal tubing) as I expected. But it will hold you if you are under 275lbs.A little over-priced (Would be a good buy at $100). The cushions are a little flimsy. I can see them wearing out rather fast.But it is comfortable/easy to use and will provide a good workout.

Es un tornillo de la base principal que sirve para apretar y aflojar el tubo de altura.(((EL TORNILLO DICE: "TO ADJUST, THEN PULL, LOOSEN".)))Este aparato funciona perfecto para personas que pesan menos de 70Kg, La base del aparato se ve más o menos, lo único es que yo peso 100kg y si me da miedo que se doble o se rompa la parte alta o los cojines al utilizar mancuernas o discos extra para hacer el ejercicio más pesado. ¿Se puede pedir un repuesto para la parte alta del aparato?Como quiera pienso que si me sirve para empezar ya después me compro uno mas profesional de uso rudo.Pero en cuestión de precio es buena opción. Porque normalmente estos aparatos de uso rudo andan como en $10,000mxn.
