These breadcrumbs are the very best I've had from anywhere. Light, easily applied to whatever is that is needed (teriyaki chicken at the weekend). They brown evenly, and cook perfectly. Other brands I've tried either go brown too quickly, leaving the food uncooked, or you need to really blast them to get any color, leaving the food overcooked.These color beautifully, release the oil quickly when drained, are crunchy and delicious.Top marks all round
