Update. I’ve been using these for a month now and the hot flashes are gone. I see other reviewers who haven’t had the same results, but maybe it’s the body chemistry, idk. I know that for me, this product has truly helped. I started using this four days for help with hot flashes. They were driving me insane!!! After four days the hot flashes have indeed gone down. I went from 4-7 episodes throughout the day, and waking up 2-5 times a night soaked in sweat. The first night of taking this pill, I woke up once. Slightly, uncomfortably warm, but not sweating. As of today, my nights haven’t been disrupted by hot flashes and I’ve gotten one to two episodes a day, but they’re so mild I’m hardly noticing them. I went from losing my mind to almost normal. I’m going to have to keep these on hand at all times. They’ve truly been a game changer!

It’s a good product. But after 4 mths it has stopped working especially with hot flashes and mood swings. Works great with gut health.

I’ve been taking Nouri Menopause Health Probiotic for a few weeks now, and I’m amazed at the difference it’s made. I used to experience 30 or more hot flashes a day, but since I started using this product, the frequency has dramatically decreased. Not only are they less frequent, but the hot flashes that do occur don’t last as long. I’m so relieved to find something that helps manage this aspect of menopause finally. I highly recommend Nouri to anyone struggling with hot flashes or other menopause symptoms. I have been taking them for about 6 months, and I noticed a decrease in my hot flashes after about a week of taking them. Now I did not got from 30 a day to down to less than 10 a day after 7 days. Each day of taking the pills I noticed that they were not happening so many times and they were less bothersome. I still have probably 5 to 10 a day now, and most of the time, they do not bother me, but at least twice a day, I still have really strong ones that make me stop and take a few minutes to gather myself. I also do wake up at night dripping wet, but I do still get hot when sleeping to where I throw the covers off me for a few minutes, but I am able to go right back to sleep. They are not keeping me awake, so I am definitely getting better sleep. I recommend at least giving them a try because some relief is better than continuing to suffer. Just remember, all of us ladies are different, and we all have different experiences, so let's continue to share our experiences to help others suffering.

Does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help my hot flashes. I have taken a few others that have helped alot. This is a waste of money

My hot flashes have been reducing my energy level is good, easy to swallow and my anxiety level is low, sleep well…. I will recommend
