UPDATE: It's been a week and the stink of the fabric is unbearable (like a chemical smell but similar to foot odor). It overwhelmed our closets to the point where I have had to remove them and place them outside on our porch as it was inducing headaches for me and my kids. The noxious smell has not dissipated and in fact our porch now also has the lingering unpleasant odor. This has occurred in all four packages I purchased. The manufacturer should be ashamed of this, and I have to highly recommend to AVOID THIS PRODUCT FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY.ORIGINAL: I'd love to say that I'm satisfied with these storage cubes, but unfortunately they don't live up to the previous expectations I have had. I've purchased these Baist cubes a few times in the past several years. This time around, I was pleasantly surprised that the price was lower, but also noticed that they are no longer the same item. The gray weave is now darker, the fabric is rougher and thicker, and the cubes are about 1/2" smaller all around with slightly smaller handles. So, they now hold less, look worse, and also have a very unpleasant odor out of the packaging that I hope dissipates (and which certainly did not occur with previous versions). We'll have to see if they are as durable as before, but I guess the lesson is that one shouldn't entirely trust a product that repeatedly labels Gray as "Gary".

I ordered the 13x13 set and the 11x11 Storage cubes in Gray. The 11x11 set smelled like sour milk and vomit. I planned to use the bins in my walk in closet and it made the whole walk in closet smell like vomit. I tried airing the bins out by leaving them outside on my covered porch for four days and the smell never went away. I'm sad that I can't use these because they are very sturdy and I love the look of them. Keep in mind the 13x13 bins did not have the vomit smell that the smaller ones had. But I have to return both and go with a different matching set. I am not sensitive to smell but I'm telling you these smell REALLY BAD. I can't image breathing those chemicals is good for you.

I have an old cube storage unit and it had mismatched bins in it. It needed to be updated with matching bins. I was hesitant for these bins because I wanted wicker or straw baskets, but they were expensive. But i was pleasantly surprised at how nice they look. I am not a person who cares for gold undertones. I like the color but dont care much for it in decoration. My living room and hallway are yellow and thought maybe the gold undertones of the bins would be a nice touch. I think they look really well. They are good quality it seems. I put other smaller baskets inside of the bins to organize the items in the bins. I am not finished with getting more storage bins or baskets to finish the look of the cube storage but this is how it looks so far with the four bins that I have. I would order again.

I have a different color/style of this product but by the same "seller" BAIST. It is just at 11x11 square. I knew something was wrong when I was trying to really squish it into the slot and it wasn't going. So, I got out the old tape measurer and it was in fact a bit over 11.5 inches. That .5 inches matters when you have a 11x11 square opening. These were also a little TOO sparkly for my taste. I thought it would be more subtle. sigh. I don't want to go through this again and they again be too small.

These worked out great. Of course they are fold up so not sturdy as a solid basket. My husband said wow they fit perfectly! 🤦‍♀️ of course I measured how tall and wide and deep I wanted! I put my folded clothing and bras and loose items on open shelves into baskets and it is so much more organized and looks 100% better. They are pretty good fabric and quality. They each have a divider piece if you wanted to use it to seperate items. The handles are metal not plastic. Feels like it is made of plastic and not cardboard under the fabric too.

I needed an attractive way to lessen the look of "clutter" in our cube display. I had previously purchased plain black cloth cubes that were less expensive than these. So, I debated about spending a little more for this product. However, I am very glad I did -- these cubes are much more sturdy than any others that I have ordered from other manufacturers. They are very attractive and well made.

These cubes were good looking and sturdy enough but they had a terrible odor that I couldn’t get rid of. I let them air out for a day outside I tried spraying Lysol and using baking soda to absorb the odor but it would not relent. I eventually returned them and found some different bins at Target.
