It broke before I even used it. Sometimes it shuts down automatically when I plug it in, and sometimes it displays E11 when I'm halfway through using it. It is not work. The quality is so poor!Too disappointed

The media could not be loaded. This is a perfect machine if your intended goal is to make fresh healthy soy milk. All you need is some dry soy bean and water. Voila! It'll cook, grind, and make fresh soy milk in 15-25 minutes depending volume (500-1000 ml). Once its done making soy milk, it'll start self-cleaning for 8 minutes.The soy milk is delicious. You can add other dry nuts for extra flavors The machine is easier to operate than your $20 basic coffee maker. Not to mention the gorgeous look. I do not know the reasons for low rating by other Amazon users. This machine does make coffee and juice, but I would recommend stick to your coffee maker and Vitamix.

I purchased this item about two ago, and unfortunately, it stopped working a few months ago. Given the price point, I expected a higher level of quality and durability.

PRO: Looks cool...CON: Soy milk following the recipe is not great, it doesn't grind well and leaves a layer of powder, which needs to be filtered afterward.Beware of mold growing on the top feeding port, which its impossible to clean. Not sure if I should use it anymore.

Self-cleaning is great. However, the residue at the bottom of soymilk still affects the flavor a lot. Sorry to say that, but I got to be honest that it is not as perfect flavor as I expected.

So disappointed product. Just bought this machine a couple of months ago and then it happened to overheat and stop working again. No custmoer service after sale. Very bad company. Do buy it.

I have written Joyoung (through Amazon) the following, but received no response for 72 hours, not even a receipt acknowledgement. Points1, 2 and 6 are most important:This week, I purchased the Joyoung "DJ10U-K1G" via Amazon, but I have many concerns on it.1. WARRANTY. The product page on Amazon does not mention any warranty. The materials in the box also do not provide any warranty information. Please clarify the warranty.2. SUPPORT. Support phone numbers cannot be found on the Amazon product page, on your website, or in the box! However, this product is quite mechanical. What phone number do I call should I feel that repair service is needed. How is repair handled?3. DISCONTINUED? The product page on Amazon shows the product is no longer available. However, the product first became available in May 2023. The product is not even represented on the U.S. Joyoung web site. Is the product discontinued or will it be back? 4. PURCHASE/FULFILLER. Do you support products purchased from Amazon exactly the same as products purchased from Joyoung? If not, what are the differences?5. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Where are all the recipes and usage videos? If I enjoy using it, I am happy to try to make a video on it.6. PURIFIED WATER! There was no mention on Amazon's product page about purified water, which is stated in the materials in the box that it is required. This is a big cost and is not environmentally sustainable to buy plastic purified water bottles. Is this really true that tap water cannot be used?
