This is my second order of MB. It definitely improves mental clarity and focus and improves sleep. No adverse side effects or reactions for me. Start slowly with one drop a day and gradually increase dosage. Taking a morning dose and another dose six hours later works well. Drink clean water with each dose. Enjoy feeling better and accomplishing more. There are plenty of videos online so it is easy to do your research.

Great product

I've been using this methylene blue for months and because I saw an unmistakable improvement very soon after starting, I'm sticking with this brand. I suspected I had mitochondrial issues from mold exposure and other issues, and was looking for ways to help myself. Not only does a morning dose make it considerably easier to get ready for work in the morning, I'm sure it has also cut absenteeism for me. I'm most impressed with the extra energy I feel; I'm sure there are other benefits (like mood improvement) but the extra energy alone has been worth the purchase price. For those who really dislike the taste, consider filling an empty supplement capsule; this will also prevent staining of mouth and teeth (although I've never had a problem with that).

Very nasty tasting. I add it to the end of a beverage to hide the taste. I can't imagine ever taking it solo. I read reviews that suggested starting slow - one drop. That is exactly what I did and felt a slight increase in my energy. After over a week, I decided to try taking on 2 drops, big mistake for me. Each person should adjust the quantity as needed. I'm sticking with 1 drop per day.

I'm starting low (3 drops in the morning). I'm do red light sauna and HBOT and they compliment each other well. Great brand!

I noticed an energy boost on the third day that I took it. Day 1: 3 drops because I was unsure how it would make me feel. Day 2: 6 drops Day 3: 10 drops. I now take 30 drops a day and it keeps my energy levels up through my workday which is fantastic!

I’m surprised to be honest. The claims are true for me. I take about 15 drops on about 16 ounces of water mixed with a Barry-flavoring first thing in the morning. Within 20 minutes I’m at peak alertness. It’s different than caffeine. It’s more of a boost that puts me into a mode of “get it done”. I’m more motivated and interested in accomplishing tasks right then and there without the jittery feeling of caffeine. Very pleased.
