Wow! I can't believe how nice my yard looks! 4000 sq ft coverage per gallon? Not so much. But, coverage depends on how burned up your yard is and how deep the color you want. $95 per gallon plus tax is well worth it. I easily spent 4 times that on fertilizer, etc. this year. And if I were watering, my water bill would easily be $100 or more per month. Sooo... I'm ordering another gallon for the backyard! I don't know how long it will stay green, but if I get 2-3 months out of it, I'll be ok with that. My ratio was 11 oz. per gal

Had to go a with a heavy coat since I wanted a darker color but looks amazing I used a professional paint sprayer it was so much easier. It looked so good I had people telling me I was wasting water and there are water restrictions and I had to correct their dumb azzes. I'm gonna do this every year

It works as advertised but I find that more on the blue side than green. This WILL stain anything in its path including concrete so be very careful when spraying the edges of your grass.All in all though, when I was done it looked good.

Its really easy to mix, if you get it on your hands just wash with water quickly, getting the correct shade mixture was the toughest, pacific nw grass color is hard to match. But the ease of mixing and spraying was easy. It dries in 20 minutes, but dont water your grass for 1 day and the majority of the color stays.

Easy to use….you need more product than recommended… I used 12oz per gal …I used 2 gallons I need one more for touch up. I can’t believe I waited so long….my neighbors weeds invaded my lawn….no more mowing-water-fertilizer-herbicide….best decision I have made….two neighbors stopped and asked what I did!!!!

I have had my front yard in SC sprayed the last 2 years with this paint. I have it sprayed as soon as the grass goes dormant and it last for about 5 months. Adjusting to the correct color is a process and it is very pricey. I can only do my from yard using 4 qts of paint. I can't afford to fo my back yard.

This product is one of the best for treating your lawn. It does take so practice to get the mix exactly as you want it but do no get it on your concrete. You can mix a little fertilizer in with it which works well. The more times you use the product the better you will get at applying it so don't give up. Make sure you shake it well and that when you get it, it does not have like a brick in the bottom of the bottle as that batch is old and will not work well. Mixing instruction as many as a general start point, but you will learn exactly how much mix to water works best for you
