I adore this pillow. I look forward to going to sleep!It comes with extra padding, which I needed, and it's the perfect amount.If I had to gripe? I'd say, I wish the cover wasn't white? Or that more spare covers were easily available? It comes with one cover, which has a cooling side and a bamboo side, both are lovely, both are white.I'd definitely recommend it to anyone, and I'll definitely buy again..... For myself.I'm now going to look for spare covers, as the bottom edge is curved, which is so comfy, you can't put a normal pillow case on it without straightening the curved edge, which I love!

I’ve tried a lot of pillows, and I mean A LOT. Over the years I’ve probably had close to 50 different pillows, all ranging in price and material, but this one might just be the best. It’s as comfortable and as well made as some of the well known expensive brands at a fraction of the price.It’s fully customisable by removing or adding memory foam pieces, allowing you to have a thick firmer pillow or a thinner softer pillow - the memory foam filling is so soft but supportive, and cradles your head beautifully.The curved shape of this pillow is great for fitting nicely under your neck for both side and back sleepers - I’ve removed about 3 big handfuls of the filling and it also works great for stomach sleeping.In terms of how it feels - I’d compare it to the Tempur cloud pillow, but much cheaper.Definitely give this a try if you like a memory foam pillow which you can sink into!

Impressed so far. Very comfortable and cool, not waking up with neck ache anymore. However, it's a bit heavy I assume cos memory foam, and I hate the fact that you can't the right size pillow case at a reasonable price unless you like microfiber which I don't. Still, would recommend for firmness, pain relief and comfort.

I have spent a fortune on pillows over the years trying to find the perfect pillow. I am a side sleeper and have tried many designs and brands, but for me, this is "the one". The design allows for complete neck support as long as the curve is sitting in the crook of the neck and the curve design offers a larger area of support around the neck and shoulder support. It is filled with premium quality memory foam and not only that, it comes with a bag of memory foam fill so you can adjust the softness or firmness to your liking. What a great idea! The cover has two sides, one is the cooling side, the other the bamboo side. I like a cool feel so again, it does what it is designed to do. It cools very quickly after lifting your head and stays cooler than a lot of pillows when in use. Finding the right pillow for me has been a life long task and here it is. It may not be for everyone but for those of you with neck problems I can highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing! After 4 failed back operations and spinal damage this is AMAZING! By far the best pillow I have had yet! I will be buying more for my family because even without a sore neck the comfort is soooo good! I do like a firmish pillow but this is the most comfiest pillow I've ever used. You can add or remove the stuffing to suit your requirements. The cooling side doesn't last long but is enough for you to fall asleep. I do use my own silk type pillowcase over it as I feel that my long hair would get messy/knotty using the pillowcase it comes with. Will most definitely buy again!

The fabric becomes rough and pills after short term use, you can feel it putting a lot of strain on your hair. It is easily stained and washing it hasn't removed it. The “cooling” side of the pillow is only cool for like 20 seconds and then gets really hot. My experience with the pillowcase hasn't been the best but everything else has been decent, like the memory foam is comfortable. SKYNY also has good customer support and helps to resolve issues.

while I generally like the pillow, the "arch" shape makes me feel like I'm tucked further up on the pillow than I actually am, the claim that it's memory foam is laughable - it compresses in the middle and all that's actually happening is that the foam chunks are pushed into the back/sideslooking inside it, if it actually was memory foam it would be a single shape of material, instead it's "torn off" chunks of foam that are 1-2 inches across, meaning they can move about and compress into areas where your head isn't laying at nightto prove it's not memory foam, I often wake up curled up and my head on one of the ends, which are now higher than the middle because of the foam movement, and rather than it flattening out (as it would if it was memory foam) it stays raised on the endsoverall though, the pillow doesn't overheat too much, the material for the case isn't terrible, but I do wake up sweating during hotter nights and the case ends up "soaking" from the sweat - this is easily countered by flipping the pillow, but it's not the greatest solution in the world, just a viable one when I'm trying to get back to sleepfor the price it's decent, but if it was more expensive it would be a horrible buy and I'd say to avoid, but at the normal price-point it's an interesting pillow for side sleepers
