I loved the one that is working fine however I bought two and one had a broken blade on the fan so doesn't work properly

About as useful as a hand fan or maybe a hand fan would be better

It does blow cold air and you can put water in it. Small and convenient for one room. If you put a bit too much water in it leaks out through the bottom. No space to put ice cubes in it, no removable piece to freeze.

Was a gift and had no complaints

It's quiet 3 settings nice and cool much better than just a fan very portable

Despite the claim, it's not an air cooler. It's a fan with a water tank at the bottom and strips in front of the fan that are supposed to wick up the water which then evaporates, cooling the airThe thing is that even on the lowest setting (where less air is moving past, giving the strips time to absorb) the water isn't sucked up fast enough to cool the air. So all you get is the hot air just being blown around. Which if you're looking for an air cooler to cool down a bedroom that turns in to a sauna in the summer isn't much use.
