They were super easy to install and was a better price than anywhere else I could find. They do say to "activate" them, but it's not fully necessary. Overall, they are great wipers and run super smooth and quiet.

the blades themselves work really well here in the rainy northwest. The installation instructions on the package and in the manufacturers own videos are poor quality. you tube has several excellent installation videos and also videos on removing your old viper blades if it's been a while since you installed them. I rate the blades a five but knocked them down a point for obtuse instructions

This was performing well, a few months in one of the two wipers started making a sqweeking sound, then a few weeks later, the hinge broke off while I was on the highway in the middle of a rainstorm. I have been driving for over 20 years, and this had never happened to me or to anyone I know before. I was lucky I didn't have an accident and the broken wiper was on the passenger side. I also almost scratched my whole windshield. If you want a wiper that breaks off and flights away when you are driving at 100km/h get this. I will be complaining to the company directl as well. It was scary!
