Most stick blenders contain toxic chlorinated paraffins that come into contact with the food. After doing some research it turns out that the Phillips brand does not contain those toxins. Some of the other non toxic options are very expensive so I was really glad to find this. Plus it’s an excellent blender. I haven’t had a chance to try all of the attachments yet

I have many pieces from braun and this one is of a great quality likewise. Heavy for sturdiness, good size cup.

I purchased this item and it was not working. I was told by Amazon that I don't need to return it and they will issue me a refund but they lied and I received no refund.

Definitely better quality than other cheaper ones. However, the blender metal is not friendly to any surface, even the this cup it came with. It got scratched on the first use. I was also not aware of this could happen if you don't be careful. Overall, it's ok. Just be aware of what you use the blender with!

I absolutely love this Phillips set!! There is nothing I now use more in my house than the emersion blender. It’s perfect for quickly blending up soaps, potatoes, anything! You get 3 attachments, the chopper, blender, and mixer. The set also comes with a tumbler as well! What’s awesome is that all three attachments fit on one hand held device. So it’s simple and easy to change out what you need to use next. When I’m making a creamy soap. I can chop all my veggies in the chopper, blend whatever I’m using for thickness with the blender attachment, and put it all together. Sometimes I don’t even have to break out a knife. It’s that efficient! This is such an easy alternative to a huge blender or mixer. For quick weekday meals, this set is ideal!
