I absolutely love this product and would 100% buy again
We ordered BOB in July and it has been a life saver. We have two large dogs that shed ALL the time. Bob does the daily sweep of our downstairs for us and has saved me vacuuming every evening! The vacuum does come with a US plug but we had a transformer lying around and that fixed that issue. I absolutely love this product and would 100% buy again. The liter tub holds so much hair/dust and it navigates around the kitchen and living room fairly well, though he has been known to get tangled in a loose wire.

Not suitable for U.K./Ireland
I have had to return two of these - they keep getting shipped with a Usa plug. Weeks have passed and still no solution. Last time I was promised it would be checked prior to dispatch - still incorrect. I give up. Waste of time and money.

Does not come with a UK plug option
Really disappointed to spend over £300 on Bobsweep via Amazon.Uk and I can't even use it as it comes with a foreign plug. Surely this should have been highlighted before ordering it ?

First really good robo vac I've had in over a decade, and it mops!
I've had robot vacs for over a decade. Roomba, Eufy, one other brand, and now Bob. This is the first REALLY good one I've ever owned.Bob is FAR less destructive than Roomba. Last time I moved, the movers noted EVERY single scratch or ding on our furniture, and Roomba hadn't spared anything wood. Antique, modern - it was all chipped or scuffed at Roomba-height. And I had done the hack where you mount soft velcro to the front of Roomba. I guess Roomba's bump-turn-bump-turn navigation was worse than I realized. Bob bumps into things VERY gently. I haven't seen any damage to our furniture.I have mostly hardwood (although Bob does surprisingly well on my area rugs). I see no need to run a manual vacuum now, unless I want to dust baseboards or just make sure we got a "thorough" cleaning.I LOVE the big bin. Bob started after a period of not using a robo vac. Yes, we vacuumed manually in the interim, but robo vacs climb around in places you can't see (like under the bed) so that first cleaning can be a big one in a pet-owner's home. Roomba would have needed help 20 times in the first cleaning, between emptying the bin multiple times, clearing hair from the brushes, and rescuing it from tight spots. Bob had enough bin capacity to do a really good cleaning from the first time. After that, the big bin means I can run Bob for several days without touching him. The bin is easy to empty. Bob's brushes don't seem to tangle as bad as Roomba's did.Bob does get stuck sometimes. I have floor registers, he hates those, and he wedges under my bathroom vanity cabinet. Once in a blue moon, he gets trapped under the dining table (all those chair legs and table legs confuse him). I just nudge him out of his spot with my foot and hit the remote buttons to start him up again. The worst feature on Bob is the noise he makes when he's looking for his charging station. There was no reason to make that a high-pitched squeal. The 2nd-worst is the navigation. I really should get a Bob Block to keep him in one room. But I don't have one, so Bob wanders around my open-plan house aimlessly. If I have an area that really needs help, I drive Bob there and do a "spot clean" cycle before I send him off on automatic. If I don't do that, sometimes he misses a big area (granted, he's in a space that's over 1,000 square feet, with furniture and partial walls to confuse him). The best feature on Bob is the mopping function (and, if the UV sanitizing light really does sanitize, yeah, that too). It's not an intense clean (I used to have a Mint mopping robot, that thing went back and forth, back and forth, so it did a pretty good job scrubbing, but it died). But just having the floor damp-wiped for me is fantastic. I was a little concerned that combining the vacuum with the mop would just drag dirt around and scratch the floor, but Bob does a pretty darn good job. I haven't seen any coarse particles on the mop pad, so Bob seems to do a good job vacuuming before anything hits the mop pad. Of course, I vacuum-only when the floors are pretty dirty (I'm not taking a chance on ruining the floors), but when I remember to run Bob regularly, I throw the mop attachment on once a week or so.One thing I hated about Roomba was cleaning the Roomba. It seemed like I did just as much work as vacuuming. EVERY time I vacuumed, I had to carry the heavy robo vac outside (otherwise, cleaning the Roomba would leave a mess on the just-vacuumed floor), dump the bin (while the wind throws half of it back in my face), and then laboriously clean all of the brushes and reassemble everything. If I wanted to stick my hands all over the ick from my floors, I would use a broom. After hurting my back, I couldn't carry Roomba anymore. It just seemed gross to clean it in the house where fluff and dust could blow onto furniture that wouldn't get robo-vacuumed.I haven't had Bob long enough to speak about battery life, but replacements seem to be more reasonably-priced than Roomba. Roomba batteries didn't last at all, and I always ended up upgrading, hoping they finally fixed all the bugs, instead up pumping more money into "meh" results. Eufy was an upgrade from Roombaa couple years ago, and I keep Eufy around to clean the bedroom now, but Eufy still has a small bin and doesn't mop. Bob was a huge upgrade. I'm really glad I tried it.Bottom line, I love Bob! After around 10 robo vacs from 4 or 5 different companies - this is the first robo vac I've owned that works well enough that I can run it everyday with no fuss, no extra work tending it.

I am so disappointed! Finally my 'BOB' arrived but now it seems it does not have the right connector to be used in Europe!I think it is an English plug, but maybe it is Canadian or whatever... in any case it cannot be used in Italy or in any other country of the european mainland!I can only hope the electrician will be able to fix this! Extra cost though!

Amazing Investment!
We purchased this unit primarily to help us in keeping our main floor clean as we have both a dog and two young children. Since we're often running in and out of the house, as well as have a dog that sheds, our carpets and tile often have visible dirt on them. Right from the the time of unboxing, our bObsweep impressed us. It was thorough, did everything the manual and descriptions promised it would and greatly reduced our need to be continually sweeping and mopping. The internal chamber that collects the debris is quite large, we often didn't have to change it for a week +. It's methodical in how it follows room edges, knows where stairs begin and even accurately locates its charging bay when the battery is running low. The battery is also exceptional as ours runs for 4-5 hours per charge. More than enough for us to use it multiple times/wk. per charge. We have found this product to work exceptionally well and has afforded us some extra time to complete other tasks without having to worry about our floors. I'd highly recommend this unit to anyone, particularly those with pets as the suction and quality of this unit easily handled all that our home could throw at it.
