Crunch, cruch, crunch
If your not into cruches, you are not going to like this at all. It works, my abs are aching right now, but she has one mind set for abs, lift your butt for the lower half and cruches, not very original. I wanted more. But it seems to work.

Works Your Abs And Then More
This set is 3 videos which really help you work on your abs and then also helps you work on other parts of your body. It is set up well. There is one video that is ab work, pure and simple. 8 exercises of 6-8 minutes, with 1/2 easier, 1/2 harder, when you just want to work on your abs. I use this on days when I am need something quick and effective or when I am doing other exercises. The second one has more ab work, including regular ab work and also more ab work which pulls in variations of pilates moves to help the abs in different ways and also work on other parts of your body as you work on the abs at the same time. A nice way to add ab work you may not have seen before. The last one is more of a general workout. It has some ab routines put into the mix, but gives you regular workouts also. There ton of work for your abs and a good amount of work to get you into general shape. Good teacher and alot of fun.

Abs Plus
This set of 3 DVDs focuses on your abs, particularly two of the titles, and also works on your body in general, so you can get alot with just these 3 DVDs. If you are looking for just abs, the first and second dvd have ALOT of ab workouts to do. The first is pure abs workouts of 6-8 minutes that I found are effective with the mixture of the ways she targets things. The second has some more Ab routines (3-4 in the traditional sense) but has more variations also to change up the approach to the ab workouts with some moves added from pilates. The instruction includes some basic pilates instruction so you can follow these when using them. And the last has some abs in the context of a full cardio workout also, including kickboxing and jump rope.

I like this workout DVD set ok
I like this workout DVD set ok. There are some good ab workouts but I have NEVER been so sick of doing crunches. By the time my abs start to hurt, I feel like I'm gonna pull my neck. There is just a lack of variety when it comes to ab exercises. Also, there aren't good descriptions and just too many short workouts for me to keep track of them. I was hoping this would be three long ab exercises that were all different form each other. By going in with that expectation, I am pretty diasappointed. I would not purchase these again.

Good value for what you get
I don't love each routine - she's not great with the cardio, but the ab sections are good and give you a good range of traditional and pilates moves so this is a useful buy. I like that some of the routines are only five minutes but believe me you do feel it. I like this trend of putting all of one instructor's routines in one package and then selling it at a good price.

Great Colletion of Workouts
This is a great collection of workouts.As the name says, it really is focused on the abs, more so with two of the DVDs, volumes 1 and 2. The first is traditional ab routines, short (6-8 minutes or so) with two levels and very effective. The next moves on with som more ab workouts (traditional) then some others that are pilates inspired with some lessons and help target more thing.The third has some ab workouts, and adds alot of different workouts (kickboxing, jump rope, low impact etc.) to give some other things to help get you into shape. Between the 3 of these, there is alot of workouts that will give you good ab workouts and also get you in shape overall.Love it.

Tons Of Abs And More
If you are looking for ab workouts, this set has alot to work with, plus you can have even more to do. One DVD is Abs on two levels, Beginners and Advance, with a couple of extras, for a total of 8 workouts that are effective and can fit into any workout. (Around 7 minutes average give or take.) The next also is Ab workouts, with some traditional workouts and many pilates based/inspired Ab workouts and includes some pilates "core" instruction and working out. The last has three different ab workouts and ALOT of different general workouts (kickboxing, jump rope, low impact, etc.) with variations shown by the three models and helps tone everything, work cardio and get you stronger.
