LadderPads - Anti-Slip Pads/Mitts for Standard Extension Ladders

According to my measurements internal dimensions of each pad's slot is 83 mm X 25 mm with a depth of 134 mm. There are 12 internal dome shaped nodules that will lessen the dimensions for a tighter grip potential of 70 mm X 20 mm with that depth of 134 mm remaining. The rubber is soft - so may perish easily with time or continuous exposure to extreme heat or cold during the summer or winter. That all said, I need these to soften the weight which is exerted by my ladder - when I'm on it - when it rests against the boarding below my bungalow's roof guttering, and it does that well. I take the sleeves off when the ladder isn't in use, and store them in the shed so that they aren't continuously exposed to the elements. I'm glad I got them and actually feel safer when I'm up the ladder and the sleeves are resting against the boards below my bungalows guttering.Eamonn

Absolutely essential to protect coated aluminium windows from ladders. Easy to get the pads on and off so that splitting the ladders to move them into and out of the area of work becomes much easier. Made of thick pliable rubber, they can feel as though they will yield at the wrong time but remain reliably intact. However, when not in use, they are removed and stored out of the elements, especially the sun to prevent any deterioration over time.

Felt really safe up the ladder, especially cleaning out the gutters.

Good purchase, offers great protection to freshly painted surfaces, even offers great protection when using ladders to wallpaper awkward hall stais and landings

I would highly recommend these they do slip off every now and then but they keep you from marking plastic and wood etc
