Been using this desk for a couple of years now. It went together pretty easily and is very stable. Lightweight and was easy to move into position. No noticeable bowing which is impressive as its been holding 3 large monitors and a computer. Shelves are a good size for printers, paper or other accessories. It's even easy to clean after spilling a drink on it!

This is the second type of this desk I've bought from Amazon with the same/similar industrial look. For the money you can't really go wrong. It comes very well packed, lots of protection inside (so no chipped edges as in the past) and it's easy to put together, all holes are either pre-drilled or pre-countersunk with the right parts. Comes with all the fixings and tools you need. It gives a much better experience for working on if you like a lot of depth to your table (using it as an office desk). Time will tell how well it stands up to working on but if it's like my other one that's over a year old without a mark it looks promising.

I feel guilty leaving my dog when I go to work, so when I’m home, I try to hang out in the same room as much as possible. I moved my regular desk downstairs but it was too big and clunky with a dining table as well.I found this little L-shaped desk that slots perfectly in the corner of my living room. Excuse the yellow chairs, they need to go, and my table needs re-positioning now the corner is full. I think I’ll turn it the other direction and more central. The point is, this desk is discreet if you want a multi-use room.I am a single woman and it was neither heavy or difficult to put up. I would suggest putting it up near where you want because once assembled it’s awkward to move alone. Not impossible though. I didn’t need any additional tools other than the ones provided.It feels pretty sturdy. I’m only planning to use it for studying/computer work. If you like arts and crafts, it’s possibly to slim as a main desk. The side shelving is a handy touch to keep books and stationary packed out of sight in a living room. The shelving can go on either direction. I didn’t put up the ‘cris-cross’ support for the back of the main desk. I don’t like how it looks, and it’s pretty solid.It seems good value for money. It doesn’t look cheap in my room. On closer inspection, you can tell it’s not expensive though. It is what it is.So far so good. Plus, it was a speedy delivery.

Quite possibly one of the easiest and most satisfying self-builds I've had to do.Easy to follow instructions, everything fit together perfectly, nothing was fiddly or awkward - if you ignore the cat trying to "help" me halfway through.The desk looks great, feels sturdy and for the price? Cannot go wrong. I would happily recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonable desk to fit in their room. The addition of the plug sockets and USB charging really makes things much more convenient for me as well. Easy 5 stars.

It’s a good buy , great that you can adjust the shelves to suit you whether it’s to sit your tower on or plant's, games & boxes for bric a brac ,plenty leg space my daughter is 5.7 & she has no issues, there is plenty room for your monitor speakers etc . And a plus is that you can put the shelves at either side so it will fit great on whatever you decide

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of this product after horrendous experience with other sellers and similar products. The only issue is that there is no delivery tracking available, so you have to wait in all day! Assembly was really challenging, took 6 hours and 3 people as the instructions are really poor. Besides that, we would definitely recommend this product and company.

I can't fault anything about it, apart from the obvious aspect of the seam between the desk part and the shelf part. This is because you can put the shelf either on the left or right to your preference, and is easily rectified by putting a desk mat on top of it.Pros:- The cable is long enough to extend from the far side of the desk to a socket on the other side, with no tension.- Well constructed.- Long enough for my two desk monitors and with more space potential with a raised monitor.- Somewhat customisable for your PC and left/right shelf requirements.Cons:- I wish I had the space for another one!
