I have tried three pillows by different makers that claimed to have cooling technology. This is the first I have used that actually succeeds, at least for me. Please note that only one side has the cooling feature, but so far that's not an issue. I do like that a bag of additional memory foam fill is included if you prefer more "lift." Quality of materials and construction is very good. I let mine sit out for two days before using to allow the foam odor to dissipate. I am a side, back and front sleeper and this pillow supports all three allows without constraints like shape or gimmicks. My sleep has been better with this pillow, which is my primary measure of a good pillow. The price paid for two is very reasonable. I would recommend trying it for the cooling effect alone, but a pillow is a very personal item, so please keep that in mind.

I used this pillow for a month while i was visiting family in canada. I waited until i was at my destination to open it - it had no smell and it expanded pretty much immediately; very easy to use.It was very soft, but provided enough comfort and support that i actually didnt need any additional pillows like i usually do.

I am a hot sleeper so I was excited to try this pillow. Purchased 2, one for me and one for my husband. I slept on pillow for several nights and like it so far. I do still wake up hot but feel like pillow does have somewhat of a cooling effect. My husband removed some stuffing as he likes a flatter pillow. I do like the support provided from pillow and that pillow doesn't stay squashed after using for hours. Nice having option to adjust thickness by removing or adding stuffing back. Overall a good product.

One of the best purchases I've made for traveling! Super comfortable, compact pillow. You can remove just enough stuffing for your personal taste. I take it on planes, to hotels...I even use it at home because it's the most comfortable pillow I own. Highly recommend!

I previously spent over $100 on a name brand down-filled travel pillow that disappointed. I purchased this Nappler because it was slightly larger and the fill could be adjusted to my personal preference. I’ve been using this pillow for several nights now and I’m thrilled with it! I never need to plump it up. It feels soft, yet it’s supportive. I found it easy to pack. Even after it’s compressed, it bounces right back into shape. I purchased a beautiful Hodeco silk pillowcase from Amazon ( Toddler size 14X20) that fits perfectly , wasn’t expensive and gives the pillow a very luxurious feel. No more uncomfortable hotel pillows for me. So HAPPY with my Nappler!Follow up a month later: I was so delighted with my Nappler travel pillow that I decided to purchase 2 King size ones for my bedroom. I’m just as pleased with them, although it took a couple nights experimenting with the foam insert to create my perfect comfort level ( first too firm,, then too soft not plush enough; then, perfect!!

The pillow is just what I wanted unfortunately the travel pouch came with the seam not connected.

Great travel pillow that I purchased a toddler silk pillow cover for. It rolls up nicely in the packable bag. Nice and firm for those hotel stays with pillows that are too soft. The directions recommended placing the pillow in the dryer or sun to fluff it up for the first use but I just squeezed it for a few minutes and it fluffed right up.

My husband was having trouble with his neck. The pillow has relived most of the pain.
