My eye dr recommended these. They are the only scientifically proven pill/tablet proved to prevent macular degeneration. The chewables are very tasty, seems like eating a treat instead of taking medicine! It's hard to find the chewables in the local stores, they have mostly the softgels, so Amazon comes through again! Great value for money. Love these.

I have multiple eye issues and see 3 different ophthalmology specialists. They suggest eating a healthy diet is always best but they always ask if I am familiar with AREDS2. I was so happy when I found these chewables. The capsules can be a choking hazard. These are chewable, sort of crunchy. I’m hoping they will come out with a gummy.

Definitely easier to take than the pill. Not sure however if it is as effective as the pill one.
