I have used this product for many years with satisfaction until the company changed the applicator. Now I can not seem to get the powder to dispense well, even though I am well aware of all the techniques needed to get it to work. I open it, tap it, bang it on a towel covering a counter, and still the product barely dispenses if at all. I have tried purchasing it from my esthetician who confirms the problems I have been having, and purchased from eBay and Amazon, hoping beyond hope that maybe it was a fluke. But no luck, it still does not operate well. At least with the way the applicator worked before, powder was difficult to dispense, but eventually it would dispense and I could use it! I have finally given up and gone to another product with a lot of reluctance, because I loved this product so much, the power is great but now not usable.

I love my Susan Posnick COLORFLO foundation. I’m on my third foundation brush and have ordered dozens of refills. I was disappointed with this particular purchase because the photo shows the foundation brush AND a refill, but the order only included the foundation brush. Be forwarded that the refill is not included.

The brush is terrible as it falls apart on the face and you have to pick off the bristles. It used to be much better packaged

I like this product a lot as I have used it before but have only every ordered the refill and used my own brushes. I had not ordered it on AMAZON before and they only carry it with the brush attached so I thought I would try it. The open/close function either doesn't work or this one did not work - the powder was next to impossible to get out if at all. I tried to find the refill cartridge and go back to that but that doesn't seem available here either. And it seemed from the packaging and instructions that I would not be able to just get refills for this instead of having to buy the brush every time. I did not see any alternatives that people have used instead of this?!?

this is a great tool - to have the makeup and brush combined, but it's not easy to see when the powder comes through the brush. it took me awhile to get the hang of how hard i had to click it against my hand. Overall, nice color and very convenient
