The performance of our Neato D3 robot vacuum cleaner was waning badly, so bad that I considered throwing it away. But it occurred to me that the battery was the original, so I researched compatible replacements and found this one to be a great balance of features and price. It fit our vacuum perfectly and ever since installing it, our vacuum has been working perfectly!

I purchased this battery in July. Its now September and the battery will no longer charge. I used the robot 4 times. The robot no longer charges. Battery flashes red as if it is charging but never does. I have unplugged/re-plugged, reset my robot and the battery still does not charge. I have tried to find the contact information for the seller and have had no success. It takes me to their store but there is no link or option to email or call them. Not worth the money spent.

Initially worked just fine. Just suddenly not charging anymore after 3 month. Disappointed!

The initial battery replacement worked flawlessly. However, for some reason Neato stopped liking it and it just blinks as if it cannot charge the battery. I think it is somehow detecting it is not a genuine part, so refusing to charge. I cannot seem to trick it into allowing the battery again.

Bummer that Neato is no longer a company, because the vacuums were pretty great. Mine wouldn't hold a charge, so I figured I'd give it one last chance. With the turbo setting on, it cleaned 821 sqft and still had about half a charge. There's little danger that it'll need to charge mid-clean.

After 2 cycles of recharging, the battery went dead not charging. Waste of a product and money. Do not buy.
