Just Installed, works as advertised
First I want to start off with product support. Email is your only option, however Bonnie is very prompt and gets right back to you. Just keep in mind there's a time zone difference between the US and China, so don't expect answers during non business hours in China. Bonnie answered all my questions right away.I have just installed this unit in my 5th wheel and only tried it with my microwave, coffee maker and power seats. It has sufficient power to run my microwave and the Kerug at the same time if that happens to occur, along with TV running. We really only want it for short overnights such as Harvest Host stays where we don't have shore power. Not using it for A/C.Some things to note. As a previous reviewer stated, the power terminals for hardwiring the output are very small and would not really accommodate 10 gauge wire. Since I was installing on a 30 amp converter pre-wired circuit I ran the 10 gauge from the RV to a transfer switch and out to a box then tied in two of the inverter 15 amp outlets to the 10 gauge and used two of the inverter outlets verses the screw posts. As it is, this provided another advantage. When I powered up the inverter I found the ground was not bonded to neutral. I sent a message to Bonnie as to whether I could bond the ground to neutral without damaging the inverter and the response was yes you can, will not damage the inverter and others have done the same. So I used the Neutral and Gnd screws on the unit to bond the two together and it works fine with no more open ground. I also found the cables provided with it very small gauge for a 3000 watt inverter, so added my own (4/0).The remote display is great. Provides the feedback I want (voltage output, power consumption and a battery voltage indicator). And it lets you turn the inverter on and off remotely which is a plus. The 14' phone cord that came with the remote was too short for me so I purchased a 25' line cord from Lowes and had to cut off one end and re-terminate on a new RJ11 plug as the inverter cable has a straight through RJ11, where-as the line cord from Lowes had one end flipped. Easy fix and the 25' cord works fine.Time will tell on reliability, but for the cost so far I’m happy it. Will be testing out over the next 8 weeks on an RV journey.

Great Buy!
I have been using this for about 2 months so far. It seems to me to be well constucted. Works very well. Have had no issues with any time of 'dirty' current on sine wave. I even did some modification to mine to work for my purposes. Fans come on as they should. So far, I have not had any issue at all.

Attractive, works well, no complaints.
I've had it for 3 months without problem. I regularly run 2300 watts or so, no issues. Once or twice at 3200 watts, no issue. Fans kick in but they're not too loud.Nice build, attractive casing. USB outlets will charge even if the unit is "off".The thing powers my stuff without sounding stressed. What else do we want? Only complaint is that the reported remaining battery capacity doesn't always match what the batteries say via Bluetooth. I had 4 bars showing on the remote display but 20% left according to the batteries.I'd buy it again.

Worked well for 1/2 HP Sump Pump
I bought this for the purpose of sump pump backup so I would not have to mess with my generator during a reasonably short term power outage, and also for minimal use in my home in the event. I deliberated between a 3000w and 4000w as some people would say you need megawatts to provide initial peak power. The price on the 3000w was discounted on Prime Day so I took a chance on the smaller one. Also it is a rule of thumb that the smaller the inverter the more efficient it will be. The 3000w runs my sump pump and I only see 600w being drawn, I never see any high peak above that, so I see no trouble handling the sump pump and also some other applications during a power outage. Egscatee does make an inverter specifically for sump pumps but that was not necessary for me as I will always be home to turn it on. Time will tell on the longevity but this item does have the highest reviews here among inexpensive inverters. I know some will say that you should buy a premium inverter but as I don't see my need here as mission critical I passed on spending at least five or six times as much for one of those.I am not saying that there is not an instantaneous peak in wattage draw when the sump pump fires, there probably is. But I saw nothing on the monitor screen to indicate that so I assume any peak is of very short duration. These inverters are supposed to handle such peaks at twice their steady wattage capacity, or thereabouts.Regarding efficiency, I tested my bank of four 100Ah batteries running a 1500 watt heater. I can't be precise with numbers but I was pretty pleased with the results, I got as much out of that batteries as I hoped for. They advertise their inverters as being 90% efficient. The results seemed consistent with that. I do use 2/0 cables throughout so I don't lose energy through the cables, that would help, I don't know how much. But losing energy with hot light gauge cables would not be the inverter's fault.

Great product - great price - meets my needs!
I purchased the 3000w power Inverter for my trailer. I installed it easily underneath a cabinet in the trailer and the control on the wall of the trailer. Was easy to install, works great, and I've had no issues with it. Great product for a great price.
