Oh 'Kay but not for me
Not what I was expecting when I ate my first bar, I am a regular gym goer and in the midst of bulking season I wanted a quick win in getting some extra calories and a tasty treat at the same time. To be honest, I was a little disappointed, though the bar itself is pretty good I was expecting it to be more indulging for the macros it is packing. All in all, was not to my taste and I would write what it tasted like, but it was a while back and I have long forgotten!
