Q: How do I customize the badge? Every time I select it it goes straight to checkout!

You leave the customization instructions in the order comments during checkout. It might be a little nerve-wracking because it seems like you're paying before you're actually ordering the item, but it worked out perfectly. The badges were very nice, and came quickly.

Q: Cani get these in chinese?

Possibility the characters sent will be replicated. Seller contact might be a good idea. Professional contacts from seller.. fairly quick delivery with a small shipping price!

Q: How do I create a badge with two lines same size print? I do not want two different size print

The standard format is for the top line to have the largest font size and the second line to have a smaller font size. For special requests, please reach out to the seller.

Q: Pin will not go on urn.could i have a magnetic one or glue?

I removed the pin and glued it on top of the urn. It went well and looks good!
