was easy to get used to and easy to ride
it has been years since I rode a bike. Was easy to assemble and was easy to get on a ride. Love the assist easy on the knees when going up hill.

Revised Review
I ordered this bike for my daughter. About 11 months into ownership, it stopped working. I contacted the seller, Virbus Direct, and complained about the problem. The seller worked with me to identify the issue and was able to send me a new controller at no cost. I installed the new controller and the bike works again. It was intially frustrating but the customer support turned out to be responsive and competent. Thank you.

Worth it
I picked this particular bike for the color and ratings. It came quickly on time. My husband put it together easily and I've been riding it daily with my yorkie in the basket. This is my first time riding an ebike so I have nothing to compare it to, but this bike is so much fun. I love that I can throttle it up hills, and use the pedal assist1-5 depending where I'm riding and how much help I need. I have health problems and this bike allows me to enjoy nature again without getting to fatigued. I get stopped and told how cute my bike is (I got pink and blue). So far so good. If anything changes I'll update.

Great Bike Long Install
I'm the mom that can put most ikea furniture together in nothing flat. This bike install took me a bit longer than I expected (2hours). Mostly because my brake pad is rubbing on the front wheel that I installed. My fender also needed adjusting to not rub on the tire. Overall after asking many neighbors I found work around. i love this bike otherwise my small toy size dog fits in the front basket.

Do not buy from this company!
Do not buy from this company. Their batteries are total junk and they don't back them up. Ours lasted four outings. I'm on our local bike trail and ran into another Veribus owner while I was pedaling mine with the dead battery. He told me his battery was also no good. What are the odds?
