update: nice power strip
update: my review is for the power strip version of this product (with multiple outlets each controlled by wifi), not the single outlet where this review appears. i stand by my 5-star rating for the power strip but can't comment on the single outlet version as i haven't purchased that.----easy to setup (a matter of minutes, no more) ... and has been working without fail for a number of weeks. I have items plugged into 3 of the 4 wifi outlets and more plugged into the USB outlets and use the smart life app to control them. note that each of the wifi outlets can be controlled individually (or grouped), the USB outlets are controlled as a group. I can recommend this production to others.

It'll stop working
Stopped working. Contacted support and they just sent me a link to their faq which I already told them I tried and still won't connect. Trash item and trash support, save your money and look elsewhere

The voltage or something is off on this device. When I turned the strip on it made a nerve-wracking zzz/humm sound. I plugged a lamp in and the light flickers (this lamp is currently plugged into another outlet and no flickers and no humming). Returning product as I am worried about it’s safety.

Very easy to set up and a breeze to use
Set up was super easy. I use it with the Smart Life app on iOS. Each outlet can be controlled individually with multiple on/off times possible per day. Home automation is not only affordable, but it's easy as well. Plug-in, start the app, discover the power strip on your 2.4 GHz wifi network and that's it.
