My dog likes it
I have hanged the bells on the door to outside. Most of the time my poppy shake the bells for the bathroom.

Worked with my cat!
Can you really teach an old dog a new trick? I don't know, but I trained my cat to use this bell instead of scratching my bedroom door/door frame. Sometimes he gets impatient and rings it 3 times in a row if I don't open the door quickly lol but I'd rather that than having to repair the door or door frame.

One of the two bells was malfunction and did not work, so I ended up throwing it away

Sound is so soft that if placed by a door, it is unlikely to be heard elsewhere in the house. Returning it

Cheap ringer stays down so no noise
They very small cheaply made do not ding the button to push stays down . Basically useless
