UPDFATE as on 23-MAR-2018:After a week long of use (setting up my desk and the lights) here are my thoughts (knocked of 1.5 starts...):1. the adhesive is of very poor quality- the led light keeps falling off- it seems not to hold onto the ikea wooden table. I ended up buying the 3M clear double sided tape and redo the back surface completely to let it keep in place2. The remote buttons are sometimes hard to press and don't respond so exactly (instructions on changing the light effects like intermittent color changing wave, random cycling, etc..) were difficult to figure outOriginal review/ first impressions:awesome LED light..works as advertised, ... also the length was perfect to put it behind my ikea table which is 154cm long....

I bought this 1 led strip to see how it would add ambiance to my house and i loved it. My dark closet turned into a fancy boutique, my hallway became a well lit pathway to the bathroom for my kids, and my masterbedroom became a little more intimate with the splash of light it generated. Its pretty bright which i loved, and expected. I plan on buying a couple more after this purchase. The package came on time and as described. The strip was bright, easy to install and adhered well after cleaning the area first like some other reviewers suggested. Overall i give this product 5 stars and will buy again.

Only worked for 5 minutesBut it looked good for that amount of time.You get what you paid for.

These are great lights and they are affordable, but the adhesive is not that good. They started pealing off after 2 weeks but I used a little piece of duct tape to hold them on and they stay on great!

poor quality and easily breakable.

waste of my money. never buying this product again. i cut through the white line, but it stopped working. i waited for this all week and this has been a disappointment.

Received this light strip and plugged it in and it worked perfectly. However after barely even a day the lights would only function if I held the usb plug a certain way, and now they simply will not work no matter what I do. I have tried several usb ports and wall bricks with the same result each time.
