Not as sturdy/stable as it should be. The flanges need to be wider, The welds at the flanges are sometimes interfering with the anchoring screws seating/tightening completely. The nuts and bolts are not resistant to rusting and don't match with the paint, color matching caps/covers.The seller responded quickly to issues listed above and gave a refund for one of two items purchased.I was able to add washer to fit anchor bolts better over welds. I anchored the upper support rail to porch post which added stability. I finished the hardware with waterproofing spray from Gorilla.

While the rail is reasonably easy to assemble and install, the top end of the rail is not horizontal, resulting in a poor looking installation. I tried moving the end posts closer or farther apart, but there was no installation location that resulted in the end of rail being horizontal. Makes the installation look poorly done!Using separately purchased Red Head concrete bolts resulted in a solidly mounted rail that works well. And the vertical bars between the upper and lower rail look good. But the assembly bolts are all cad plated and so distract from the shiny black rail coating. Black connectors would make for a much nicer appearance.

The man who installed these rails was very impressed with the safety and sturdiness of these rails. With the nuts and bolts required for this sturdiness , the rails tend to look a little industrial but I'll paint the hardware with Rustoleum and it will be fine. Safety was our primary goal .

Very good quality but did not fit my steps. I returned but only because did not work on my steps. The price and quality was very good. Hardware was included

Product was fantastic, way better than I expected. Super quality with everything included. Very easy for an 82 year old man to assemble. Value value value!!!Toughest thing was to drill concrete( had a 21 yr old grandson for that part.) Of course that had nothing to do with the product.

The railing was easy to assemble and it looks nice on our steps. We only have 2 steps leading to a patio and we needed something for people to hold onto while going down the steps an d this works perfectly.
